Why this page is empty

This website is new. We’ve run skippered charters from Gruž Harbour for seventeen seasons, but we’re starting the review section of the new site from zero rather than importing quotes we can’t verify or writing our own. Reviews from verified guests will appear here — and on our Google Business Profile — as the season progresses.

Our review policy

We keep it strict, because a review page you can’t trust is worth nothing:

• Verified guests only. Every review published here is matched to a real booking — a name and a charter date in our records. If you didn’t sail with us, it doesn’t go up.
• Never incentivised. We don’t offer discounts, gifts or free extras in exchange for reviews, and we never will. We simply ask, once, after your charter.
• Nothing edited, nothing hidden. We publish reviews as written. Negative feedback stays up and gets a public answer from us — if we got something wrong, you’ll see us say so.

What a published review looks like

To protect guests’ privacy we show a first name, the month sailed and the charter taken — for example, a sunset cruise on the VanDutch 32 or an Elaphiti islands day on the Fairline Phantom 40 — alongside the guest’s own words. We never publish surnames, email addresses or booking details.

Sailed with us in a past season?

We’d genuinely like to hear how it went — the good and the not-so-good. Email [email protected] with the name your booking was under and roughly when you sailed, and tell us what worked and what didn’t. With your permission, we’ll publish it here.

Honest feedback is also how the boats get better: more than one fitting across the fleet started life as a guest suggestion.
