Opening hours

08:00–20:00 CET/CEST, daily, April to October. From November to March we work by appointment — send a message any time and we’ll come back to you the next working morning.

When to expect a reply

Within the hour during working hours, whichever channel you use. WhatsApp is usually much faster — under ten minutes. Messages that arrive overnight are answered by 09:00 the next morning.

Where to find us

Gruž Harbour, Obala Stjepana Radića 25, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia — about 10 minutes from the Old Town by taxi or Uber. All charters depart from here, and there’s parking nearby if you’re driving. You’ll find a map and step-by-step directions in the getting here section on the homepage.

If you’re staying in Lapad or Babin Kuk, the harbour is even closer — most hotels there are a 5-minute drive away. Cruise passengers: the pontoon is a short walk along the quay from the terminal.

What to include in your message

Three things get you a firm answer straight away:

• Your dates — even a rough window helps.
• Group size — adults and children, so we can suggest the right boat.
• What you’d like to do — sunset off the walls, a swim-stop day, the Elaphiti islands, or “surprise us”.
