Cancellation policy

The short version: cancel at least 24 hours before departure and you get every euro back. Inside 24 hours there’s no refund — unless the weather makes the call for you, in which case you lose nothing.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure

Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled departure time and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. No questions, no fees, no partial-refund small print. Stripe returns the money to your original card; depending on your bank, it appears within 5–10 business days.

Inside 24 hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not refunded, with one exception: weather (see below). At that point the boat and skipper are reserved for you and the date can rarely be resold.

Weather cancellations

If the skipper or the operator judges conditions unsafe, we cancel the charter — typically the evening before or the morning of departure. You then choose:

• free rebooking to any available date, or
• a 100% refund to your original card.

Rain alone doesn’t cancel a charter; wind and sea state do. The safety call is ours to make, and when we make it, it costs you nothing.

No-shows

If you don’t arrive for your charter, the booking is charged in full. Your confirmation asks you to be at Gruž Harbour 15 minutes before departure — if you’re running late, call or WhatsApp us straight away. The skipper can hold the departure briefly, but time lost comes out of your charter, not added to the end.

Date changes

You can move your booking to another date once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice — subject to availability. Need to change a second time? Ask; if the calendar allows it, we’ll usually say yes.

How to cancel or change a booking

Message us on WhatsApp at +385 91 600 1201 or email [email protected] with:

• the name the booking was made under, and
• the charter date.

We’ll confirm the cancellation or change in writing, and — where a refund is due — send you the Stripe refund confirmation so you can track it.
